An untradional Thanksgiving

This Thanksgiving we decided to go out to the Mohave desert with Todd, Lisa and Erin.Allen and Patricia showed up too! It was really fun we went off-roading and hung out and drank. There were a lot of families there with their nice big motorhomes and off-roading toys!

Unfortunately I wasn't able to download any pictures on this computer and the one at home is busted, DAMNIT! But I improvised by getting some off the net. The one above Dave kept going literally off the road into those prickly bushes! I was busting up every time!

There was this place called "the bowl" it was a sand dune in the shape of a bowl.

Here is the shack it's like 100 years old or something. People leave stuff there we left some Vespa magnets and Todd left a sign that said "Thank you for visiting please drive safely". Pretty neat!

All and all it was fun had a blast!

Perfect bliss...

I look at this picture and find it so endearing. A couple who have stuck it out for many years considering they're celebrity's!And their children. How lucky they are.
I love Sarah Jessica, she seems like she would be cool to hang out with. She seems grounded and genuine.
Can't wait for SEX AND THE CITY part 2!

Tights...do I dare?

I've been seeing a lot of women wearing some cute tights with their outfits. I am contimplating getting some. I need to get out of my comfort zone and wear some flashy, fun stuff. I am more into tops than bottoms. I find dresses and skirts to be incredibly uncomfortable. I can get them at Nordstrom Rack for cheap I'm sure. It's so nice working downtown...I can walk to Nordstrom Rack and Ross on my lunch break!!

KIDS ARE SO FUNNY!

I saw these pictures and I was busting up laughing! Too cute. I love kids because they are so natural and tell it like it really is. I really miss working with kids. Maybe I'll go back to school to get my teaching degree. Two more years though... and school tuition is going up. I'll think about it.

Going on the "bucket list"!

Before I die I have to visit France. I dream of strolling the streets of Paris and visiting the Chateau de Versailles. Poor Marie Antoinette,she was the victim of gossip and blamed for so many woes France had at the time of her reign.
There is a picture of Le Petite Trianon that was made just for her,she would go there to escape from the chaos and also to meet her lover Axel Fersen.There is also a picture of the elaborate gardens at Versailles.

The Princess and the Frog

My dad's birthday is coming up and he wants to go to see this movie at the Disney Studios in Burbank. I hope it's not too late to get tickets. We want the backstage passes, you get to meet the princess's and take a tour behind the scenes. It sounds fun. I love Disney!!!

Halloween at work!

I won prettiest costume at work and got a $25 gift certificate to Tequila Jacks at Shorline Village! WOOT!I made some "strawberry ghosts" they were dipped in white chocolate, they didn't come out the way I expected but they were still cute and people liked them.
Later on that evening we gave out candy, Dave and Edina were over. Man I need to really start taking pictures of stuff!

ZUMBA!

24 hour fitness has this cool class "Zumba" our instructor is Luna she is friggin awesome, she kicks your butt! This class makes you sweat like crazy!ZUMBA! ZUMBA!
